How can I book ?

You can book your stay by different ways :

  • By phone, calling at 0 826 88 70 92, from monday until friday 9h30 am – 7h30 pm and saturday 9h30 am – 6h30 pm.

How many days before I leave is it possible to book a stay ?

Our offers are real-time updated. You can book your stay until the day before your leaving. If you need some advices, the best thing to do is to call us at 0826 88 70 92, from monday until friday 9h30 am til 7h30 pm and saturday from9h30 am til 6h30 pm (0,15€/mn).

Can I put an option on an accommodation without booking ?

You can pre-reserve your stay without any commitment of yours. You will only be asked to give us some idendity information. No fee will be asked you.

Am I informed with equipments included in the price of reservation ?

When you click on a stay offer, you can be informed with all details concerning the accommodation. We will inform you with equipments (for example : home equipment, bathroom towels, sheets, swimming-pool, etc...) included in the price of reservation. Concerning optional benefits that you will choose ( for exemple : dry-cleaner's, baby kit, pets...) fees must be payed there.

Can I check the destination and accommodation situation ?

When selecting the place of your stay, you will be provided with many information and details : pictures and details of the accommodation, map and situation of the accommodation in the resort, as well as information concerning your itinerary to come to the resort.

What happens when my reservation is confirmed ?

When your reservation is confirmed, you receive all the travel documents and invoice 3 weeks before your leaving. In case of last minute reservation, the travel documents will be sent you between 1 and 5 days before you leave. If you book 24 hours before you leave, your documents will be sent you by e-mail, or fax if you don't have internet.

How much do reservation fees cost ?

Fees are different according to type of reservation :

  • Reservation and payment online : 9 €
  • Reservation online and payment by telephone : 19 €
  • Reservation by telephone : 38 €

What type of payment can we use ?

You can pay your stay by card : Visa/Mastercard or check on the condition that the check has to be received 1 month before your leaving.

Is Payment online secured ?

The moment you place your order, you get to entirely secured pages. When you proceed with the payment of your reservation, the data captured on your order form are encoded during the transfer. This encoding is your guarantee for security. If despite all these precautions, an incident should occur following a transaction on our website, your bank is required to refund the debited sums. Our teams undertake to advice you during all the procedure.

Do I need an identity card or passport for travelling ?

We propose you destinations in France and Foreign countries. If you go to Foreign countries and if the country is part of European Union, you will only need an identity card. In case you don't have it, you should present another identity card (passport, driving licence for example). If you go to a country which is not part of European Union, you will be asked different identity papers according to countries. You will find all the information concerning that point in your travel documents.

What are the conditions to modify the reservation ?

Each modification generates a fee of 38 €. If the modification happens to be between 30 and 1 days before you leave extra fee could be applied according to provider.

When I am there, can I extend my stay ? What should I do if a problem happens ? Who will I contact ?

You can extend your stay when you are there. To do so, you should see the hoster there. In case of problem, you should call the « Call Center » during opening hours, otherwise you can call the « Hot Line » at night or on Sunday. You will find all the numbers in the book travel you will receive.

Can I cancel a reservation ?

The cancellation won't exempt you to pay the total amount you are committed to pay to the Eneko Company eventhough the reasons you will bring. The cancellation with our providers generates fees you will be charged for according to cancellation scales. We strongly recommend you to take our cancellation insurance out. For every interrupted or aborted stay, or every missed benefit you are responsible for, there is no refund. Every cancellation must be written to us (letter, fax or e-mail) as soon as you know the necessity to cancel your travel. If you have taken a cancellation insurance out, we remind you that you are committed to directly inform the cancellation insurer or whatever else accident insurer.

What insurance (s) do you propose for your stays ?

We propose you 3 types of insurance :

  • aid-repatriement on slopes = 20 €/pers
  • cancellation = 40 € total
  • snow missing = 6 € total
