The« chalet du chasseur » is an individual chalet in the little hamlet of Champagny-Le Haut, in the woods. Fitted tastefully in a very charming and welcoming manner, it offers 4 rooms on two floors with great comfort (open-plan kitchen off the living room, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, TV, dvd player, washing machine, balcony…). You will be able to go to the Champagny town centre and find all sorts of activities such as the “Parc national de la Vanoise restaurant”, 200m from the chalet, as well as shops, cinema, bars, night club… The town also provides after ski entertainment for the families, perfect for a great holiday, in a relaxing and calm atmosphere.

Chalet Vieux Moulin

"Le Chalet Vieux Moulin" is an old mill that has been entirely renovated and converted into an individual, comfortable and very well-equipped chalet. It is situated in Champagny, by the river Reclaz, only 250 metres from the resort centre. This chalet offers a fantastic panoramic view of the Vanoise mountains. It has 10 bedspaces spread over 3 spacious bedrooms. You will appreciate relaxing evenings around the wood stove (a bag of firewood is included) in the lounge that opens onto the fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, gas cooker, traditional oven, microwave oven, raclette and fondue sets) and a maine room where you will be able to spend very nice nights by the Swedish stove.

Chalet de la Côte

The “Chalet de la Côte” is situated at an altitude of 1250m in a very sunny setting. Ideally located, you’ll appreciate not having to drive. Ski fans will only need a few minutes to get to the ski lifts and slopes and enjoy the 425km of slopes the Paradiski domain (La Plagne + les Arcs) has to offer. Surfers will find 3 snow parks ( one is half-pipe). Besides, the resort is the starting point of numerous snowshoe or pedestrian hikes and of various visits. We are offering a comfortable, charming and well equipped chalet situated a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Champagny and its shops. Built onto the southern side of a hill , it enjoys long hours of sunshine . It has all modern conveniences (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, satellite TV), and offers large spaces such as a lounge with a fireplace.

Chalet Carella

The Carella Country cottage is located in top of Champagny, at 1250m of altitude where you can enjoy the sun and a splendid panorama from your balcony. The ski lovers will be happy to be able to reach the ski domain of Paradiski only 150 m away. Moreover, the resort is the starting point of many excursions and visits, which will delight the nature and discovery lovers. We propose you a cordial country cottage very well arranged. Built on three stages and with a surface of 170 m², it proposes a kitchen entirely equipped as well as a living/dining room in which you will be able to relax next to the fireplace or to organize convivial meals with family or friends. Lastly, do not hesitate to rest in the sauna after your long sporting days. Notice: additional expenses of 15 euros by person/week (from 5 years old) for electricity, the heating, the wood and the sauna.

Chalet Plancher des Vaches

« Le Plancher des vaches » is a spacious and comfortable chalet recently built and situated deep in the country, in the traditional hamlet of Champagny-Le-Haut. Fitted tastefully in a very charming and welcoming manner, it offers a living room and a dining room on the first floor, with a large table for 16 people and direct access to a balcony. A second living space is available on the ground floor with 6 bedrooms. You will be able to go to the Champagny town centre and find all sorts of activities such as the “Parc national de la Vanoise restaurant”, 200m from the chalet, as well as shops, cinema, bars, night club… The skiing slopes are only 5mns away by shuttle. Once there, to add to the fun, you will find the Champagny cross-country skiing school, a secure tobogganing area for children, as well as a climbing area. Depending of the conditions, you could also ski to the chalet using the glacier Bellecote off-piste itinerary and a good ski instructor.

Chalet Le Haut

The recently built Chalet Le Haut is a luxurious and spacious chalet located in the "Champagny le Haut" picturesque and quiet mountain hamlet. You will be enchanted by its charm and you will appreciate its many equipments (2 dishwashers, washing machine, satellite TV, HiFi system with CD-player), making this chalet a very inviting place. The bedspaces are spread over 9 bedrooms and there are 6 bathrooms and 5 separate toilets at your disposal. After long days on the slopes you can relax in the sauna or enjoy the fresh mountain air on the balcony. Please note : a shuttle going to the feet of the slopes stops 100 metres from the chalet. And finally, a parking space will be just in front of the chalet.

Chalet Grand Arbet

Situated at an altitude of 1250m, the « Chalet Grand Arbet »overhangs the village and the valley and therefore gets a lot of sunrays and exceptional panoramic views. Its position allows you easy access to the slopes and the ski lifts (800m) in a few minutes. Whoever you are an accomplished skier or a beginner, you will be able to enjoy the Paradiski ski domain as high as 3250m and the variety of different runs offered to you. If you love nature and exploring, Champagny is the starting point of hiking and climbing trips as well as several activities. You will appreciate the proximity of the village centre (only 1km away) where you can enjoy restaurants, boutiques and bars. Your chalet is well equipped and the standard of accommodation is good with 15 rooms over 4 floors. You will find a wellness room with sauna, shower and toilets. In addition to this comfortable setting, you can use the superb and bright living room with a pool table and a satellite tv, 5 bathrooms with bath tubs or shower enclosures. Sitting on the patio or on the balcony, you will have full view of the splendid valley!! A good holiday awaits you with your family or friends! The extra costs are 15€ per person per week (from 5 years) and include: electricity, sauna, wood and heating.

Around the pedestrian square Edmond Dessailloux, the appartment-hotels enjoy a central location near the shops and the skilift. Your accommodation is nearly a small town inside the town with 20 individual houses, and including food shops, hairdressers, pharmacy, etc. Please note that the town is car free so you will not be able to drive around the residence. You can access a snow run for experienced skiers via the cable car Aiguille du Midi, about 100 m away : it is the perfect way to discover the fantastic scenery of the High Alps. For the others, a free shuttle will bring you in 5 min from the residence to the other ski lifts.
